The majority of sales in Rochdale during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £105,861. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £142,034, with detached properties fetching £256,996.
Rochdale, with an overall average price of £153,266, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Milnrow (£147,274), but was cheaper than Bamford (£200,081) and Littleborough (£166,089).
Overall sold prices in Rochdale over the last year were 3% up on the previous year and 10% up on the 2015 level of £139,557.
