Most of the sales in Sandymoor over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £303,440. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £214,842 and semi-detached properties averaged at £223,882.
Sandymoor, with an overall average price of £271,336 was more expensive than nearby Halton (£164,506), but was cheaper than Daresbury (£582,500) and Moore (£292,167).
In the past year house prices in Sandymoor were 6% up on the year before and 23% up on 2006 when they averaged at £220,986.
