Most of the sales in Sandymoor over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £299,665. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £218,420 and semi-detached properties averaged at £218,744.
Sandymoor, with an overall average price of £274,495, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Moore (£280,950), but was more expensive than Halton (£151,978) and cheaper than Daresbury (£419,167).
In the past year house prices in Sandymoor were 11% up on the year before and 24% up on 2006 when they averaged at £220,986.
