Most of the sales in Saughall over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £187,497. Detached properties had an average sold price of £419,733 and terraced properties averaged at £201,625.
Saughall, with an overall average price of £280,024 was more expensive than nearby Blacon (£147,176), Chester (£237,143) and Upton (£253,671).
In the past year house prices in Saughall were 22% down on the year before and 4% up on 2016 when they averaged at £268,098.
