Last year most property sales in Scarisbrick involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £202,875. Detached properties sold for an average price of £307,563, while terraced properties fetched £171,325.
Scarisbrick, with an overall average price of £235,453, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Ormskirk (£225,063), but was more expensive than Burscough (£199,123) and cheaper than Halsall (£341,598).
During the last year, sold prices in Scarisbrick were similar to the previous year and 17% down on 2015 when the average house price was £283,221.
