Most of the sales in Sea Mills over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £329,930. Flats had an average sold price of £149,983 and terraced properties averaged at £364,500.
Sea Mills, with an overall average price of £304,322 was cheaper than nearby Coombe Dingle (£385,433), Stoke Bishop (£607,373) and Sneyd Park (£609,146).
In the past year house prices in Sea Mills were similar to the year before and 17% up on 2015 when they averaged at £260,281.
