The majority of sales in Shadwell during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £429,539. Terraced properties sold for an average of £300,144, with semi-detached properties fetching £291,600.
Shadwell, with an overall average price of £364,876 was more expensive than nearby Roundhay (£298,785) and Moortown (£267,051), but was cheaper than Scarcroft (£534,782).
Overall sold prices in Shadwell over the last year were similar to the previous year and 25% down on the 2010 level of £489,759.
