The majority of sales in Southam during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £262,725. Detached properties sold for an average of £396,140, with terraced properties fetching £241,183.

Southam, with an overall average price of £273,427 was cheaper than nearby Long Itchington (£375,739), Harbury (£316,845) and Gaydon (£412,500).

Overall sold prices in Southam over the last year were similar to the previous year and 12% up on the 2015 level of £245,067.
