The majority of sales in Southam during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £264,702. Detached properties sold for an average of £380,641, with flats fetching £158,616.

Southam, with an overall average price of £262,686 was cheaper than nearby Long Itchington (£357,301), Harbury (£363,265) and Gaydon (£650,000).

Overall sold prices in Southam over the last year were 3% down on the previous year and 7% up on the 2015 level of £245,067.
