Last year most property sales in St. Issey involved detached properties which sold for on average £426,188. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £168,333, while terraced properties fetched £318,000.
St. Issey, with an overall average price of £334,890 was more expensive than nearby Treraven (£261,522), but was cheaper than Padstow (£412,726) and Little Petherick (£456,688).
During the last year, sold prices in St. Issey were 53% up on the previous year and 34% down on 2011 when the average house price was £511,150.
There were only 14 properties sold in the last year, therefore, the average prices may only reflect the mix of properties sold, rather than changes in the local market itself.
