Last year most property sales in Standlake involved detached properties which sold for on average £568,917. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £391,000, while terraced properties fetched £525,000.
Standlake, with an overall average price of £519,813 was more expensive than nearby Ducklington (£350,900), Appleton (£484,857) and Southmoor (£423,574).
During the last year, sold prices in Standlake were similar to the previous year and 6% up on 2012 when the average house price was £491,600.
