The majority of sales in Steephill during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £369,153. Flats sold for an average of £152,375, with terraced properties fetching £191,717.

Steephill, with an overall average price of £239,649, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Upper Bonchurch (£244,132), but was more expensive than Wroxall (£207,875) and cheaper than St Lawrence (£352,478).

Overall sold prices in Steephill over the last year were 10% up on the previous year and 10% up on the 2011 level of £217,066.
