The majority of sales in Stepaside during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £276,125. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £187,750, with terraced properties fetching £138,000.
Stepaside, with an overall average price of £228,071 was more expensive than nearby Narberth (£201,220) and Whitland (£201,861), but was cheaper than Saundersfoot (£240,319).
Overall sold prices in Stepaside over the last year were 19% down on the previous year and 14% down on the 2015 level of £264,250.
There were only 14 properties sold in the last year, therefore, the average prices may only reflect the mix of properties sold, rather than changes in the local market itself.
