Stiffkey, with an overall average price of £463,857, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Cley Next The Sea (£478,104), but was cheaper than Wells-Next-The-Sea (£543,254) and Blakeney (£545,600).
In the past year house prices in Stiffkey were similar to the year before and 4% down on 2012 when they averaged at £485,000.
There were only 7 properties sold in the last year, therefore, the average prices may only reflect the mix of properties sold, rather than changes in the local market itself.
