The majority of sales in Stokesley during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £315,585. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £218,338, with terraced properties fetching £157,000.
Stokesley, with an overall average price of £247,525 was more expensive than nearby Great Ayton (£213,993) and Middlesbrough (£141,429), but was cheaper than Nunthorpe (£265,027).
Overall sold prices in Stokesley over the last year were 10% down on the previous year and 13% down on the 2015 level of £283,279.
