Tansley, with an overall average price of £287,107 was more expensive than nearby Matlock (£268,107), but was cheaper than Ashover (£355,103) and Tansley Knoll (£304,930).
During the last year, sold prices in Tansley were 8% down on the previous year and 5% down on 2016 when the average house price was £301,697.
