Last year most property sales in The Hyde involved flats which sold for on average £396,789. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £488,993, while semi-detached properties fetched £546,952.
The Hyde, with an overall average price of £435,338, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby West Hendon (£435,338) and Colindale (£423,251), but was more expensive than Grahame Park Estate (£401,170).
During the last year, sold prices in The Hyde were 5% up on the previous year and 21% up on 2015 when the average house price was £360,549.
