Last year most property sales in The Hyde involved flats which sold for on average £408,359. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £496,554, while semi-detached properties fetched £537,352.
The Hyde, with an overall average price of £435,626, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby West Hendon (£435,626) and Colindale (£427,829), but was more expensive than Grahame Park (£404,769).
During the last year, sold prices in The Hyde were similar to the previous year and 21% up on 2015 when the average house price was £360,549.
