The majority of sales in The Mythe during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £428,172. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £275,400, with terraced properties fetching £225,900.
The Mythe, with an overall average price of £361,750, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Strensham (£356,000), but was more expensive than Tewkesbury (£222,688) and Forthampton (-£1).
Overall sold prices in The Mythe over the last year were similar to the previous year and 10% down on the 2015 level of £403,242.
