The majority of sales in The Mythe during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £432,484. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £274,150, with terraced properties fetching £205,500.
The Mythe, with an overall average price of £368,309 was more expensive than nearby Tewkesbury (£230,220), but was cheaper than Forthampton (£520,000) and Strensham (£432,750).
Overall sold prices in The Mythe over the last year were similar to the previous year and 9% down on the 2015 level of £403,242.
