Timble, with an overall average price of £727,500 was more expensive than nearby Jennyfields (£337,882) and Blubberhouses (£595,000), but was cheaper than Fewston (£785,000).
During the last year, sold prices in Timble were 100% up on the previous year and similar to 2016 when the average house price was £710,000.
There were only 2 properties sold in the last year, therefore, the average prices may only reflect the mix of properties sold, rather than changes in the local market itself.
