The majority of sales in Upton-Upon-Severn during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £373,904. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £222,307, with terraced properties fetching £186,440.
Upton-Upon-Severn, with an overall average price of £290,440 was more expensive than nearby Malvern (£269,047), but was cheaper than Bredon (£339,335) and Kempsey (£320,622).
Overall sold prices in Upton-Upon-Severn over the last year were 6% up on the previous year and 10% up on the 2010 level of £264,394.
