The majority of sales in Upton-Upon-Severn during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £331,816. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £228,618, with terraced properties fetching £173,935.
Upton-Upon-Severn, with an overall average price of £254,835, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Malvern (£267,479), but was cheaper than Bredon (£319,418) and Kempsey (£311,552).
Overall sold prices in Upton-Upon-Severn over the last year were 13% down on the previous year and 3% down on the 2010 level of £262,657.
