The majority of sales in Upton-Upon-Severn during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £354,765. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £239,424, with terraced properties fetching £181,099.
Upton-Upon-Severn, with an overall average price of £273,499, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Malvern (£263,775), but was cheaper than Bredon (£347,480) and Kempsey (£323,604).
Overall sold prices in Upton-Upon-Severn over the last year were similar to the previous year and 4% up on the 2010 level of £262,657.
