Last year most property sales in Wall Heath involved detached properties which sold for on average £313,340. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £204,326, while terraced properties fetched £171,094.
Wall Heath, with an overall average price of £239,304, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Wombourne (£246,671), but was more expensive than Penn (£197,792) and Bobbington (£207,800).
During the last year, sold prices in Wall Heath were 3% up on the previous year and 14% up on 2015 when the average house price was £210,065.
