Walpole Marsh, with an overall average price of £324,000 was more expensive than nearby Wisbech (£168,625), Leverington (£206,126) and Walsoken (£179,548).
During the last year, sold prices in Walpole Marsh were 14% up on the previous year and 44% up on 2015 when the average house price was £224,833.
