Most of the sales in Warren over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £589,232. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £352,775 and terraced properties averaged at £268,870.
Warren, with an overall average price of £499,604 was more expensive than nearby Macclesfield (£227,581) and Broken Cross (£238,329), but was cheaper than Over Peover (£738,333).
In the past year house prices in Warren were 8% up on the year before and similar to 2007 when they averaged at £493,768.
