Wayford, with an overall average price of £207,500, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Crewkerne (£205,744), but was cheaper than Thorncombe (£277,750) and Winsham (£247,636).
In the past year house prices in Wayford were 4% up on the year before and 30% down on 2007 when they averaged at £295,500.
