Weedon Lois, with an overall average price of £373,333 was more expensive than nearby Towcester (£345,154) and Weedon Bec (£288,419), but was cheaper than Upper Stowe (£530,000).
During the last year, sold prices in Weedon Lois were 24% down on the previous year and 24% down on 2015 when the average house price was £489,363.
