Last year most property sales in Weldon involved detached properties which sold for on average £291,286. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £191,714, while terraced properties fetched £230,167.
Weldon, with an overall average price of £243,304 was more expensive than nearby Corby (£188,836) and Great Oakley (£224,741), but was cheaper than Brigstock (£256,855).
During the last year, sold prices in Weldon were 5% down on the previous year and 8% down on 2015 when the average house price was £264,466.
