The majority of sales in Wembley Park during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £385,426. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £577,387, with terraced properties fetching £531,173.
Wembley Park, with an overall average price of £444,735, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Preston (£444,919) and Wembley (£432,530), but was cheaper than Brent (£473,575).
Overall sold prices in Wembley Park over the last year were similar to the previous year and 12% up on the 2015 level of £395,834.
