Most of the sales in Wembley over the past year were flats which on average sold for £352,993. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £561,646 and terraced properties averaged at £478,636.
Wembley, with an overall average price of £432,530, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Wembley Park (£444,735), but was more expensive than Wembley Central (£364,457) and cheaper than Brent (£473,575).
In the past year house prices in Wembley were similar to the year before and 19% up on 2015 when they averaged at £363,552.
