Most of the sales in Wembley over the past year were flats which on average sold for £309,293. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £562,187 and terraced properties averaged at £470,198.
Wembley, with an overall average price of £430,549, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Wembley Park (£444,130), but was more expensive than Wembley Central (£335,082) and cheaper than Brent (£487,269).
In the past year house prices in Wembley were similar to the year before and 18% up on 2015 when they averaged at £363,552.
