Last year most property sales in Weybourne involved detached properties which sold for on average £619,900. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £225,000, while terraced properties fetched £304,333.
Weybourne, with an overall average price of £377,964 was more expensive than nearby Sheringham (£275,676) and Holt (£333,135), but was cheaper than Cley Next The Sea (£470,811).
