Last year most property sales in Weybourne involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £252,750. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £297,333, while detached properties fetched £395,000.
Weybourne, with an overall average price of £284,700, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Sheringham (£275,171), but was cheaper than Holt (£346,371) and Cley Next The Sea (£478,104).
During the last year, sold prices in Weybourne were 19% down on the previous year and 6% down on 2014 when the average house price was £303,375.
