The majority of sales in Woodford Bramhall during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £589,034. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £398,965, with flats fetching £252,071.
Woodford Bramhall, with an overall average price of £516,985, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Woodford (£511,313), but was more expensive than Handforth (£256,194) and Poynton (£346,953).
Overall sold prices in Woodford Bramhall over the last year were similar to the previous year and 27% up on the 2015 level of £406,044.
