Most of the sales in Woodhouse over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £152,708. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £108,347 and detached properties averaged at £218,503.
Woodhouse, with an overall average price of £147,869, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Beighton (£145,070) and Swallownest (£149,060), but was more expensive than Handsworth (£133,053).
In the past year house prices in Woodhouse were 15% up on the year before and 15% up on 2015 when they averaged at £128,922.
