Most of the sales in Woodstock over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £789,490. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £451,966 and terraced properties averaged at £412,969.
Woodstock, with an overall average price of £525,924, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Combe (£540,452), but was more expensive than Long Hanborough (£403,714) and cheaper than Bladon (£682,626).
In the past year house prices in Woodstock were 14% up on the year before and 15% up on 2015 when they averaged at £455,638.
