Last year most property sales in Woolacombe involved flats which sold for on average £367,764. Detached properties sold for an average price of £641,325, while semi-detached properties fetched £381,375.
Woolacombe, with an overall average price of £414,720 was more expensive than nearby Ilfracombe (£165,685) and Braunton (£293,766), but was cheaper than Croyde (£520,638).
During the last year, sold prices in Woolacombe were 17% up on the previous year and 18% up on 2014 when the average house price was £352,807.
