Last year most property sales in Wythall involved detached properties which sold for on average £424,757. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £331,798, while terraced properties fetched £258,508.
Wythall, with an overall average price of £367,991, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Alvechurch (£360,919), but was more expensive than Hollywood (£290,860) and cheaper than Barnt Green (£689,751).
During the last year, sold prices in Wythall were 8% up on the previous year and 14% up on 2015 when the average house price was £323,109.
