The majority of sales in Y Ffridd during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £253,322. Terraced properties sold for an average of £119,403, with semi-detached properties fetching £149,905.
Y Ffridd, with an overall average price of £211,826, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Pool Quay (£207,500), but was cheaper than Pant (£247,250) and Nant-Mawr (£272,974).
Overall sold prices in Y Ffridd over the last year were 3% down on the previous year and 5% up on the 2010 level of £201,071.
