The majority of sales in Y Wern during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £263,250. Terraced properties sold for an average of £120,610, with semi-detached properties fetching £151,246.
Y Wern, with an overall average price of £218,639 was more expensive than nearby Pool Quay (£207,500), but was cheaper than Pant (£247,250) and Nant-Mawr (£275,232).
