- The prize draw is open to all individuals who live in the UK (including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) aged 18 years or above, except the employees of Rightmove Plc. and its subsidiary companies (“Rightmove”), their close family members, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
- The prize draw is free to enter by emailing belief@rightmove.co.uk and no purchase is necessary. Entrant’s emails must contain brief details of their property search within the UK, and the encouragement they need from Rob to continue. Entrant’s emails must not contain any questions or requests for information regarding whether to purchase the property, anything to do with mortgages or other regulated services or anything which Rightmove may consider to be commercially sensitive.
- Only one entry per person will be permitted. All other entries will be made void.
- The opening date for entries is 8am GMT on Friday 13 February 2026. The closing date of the prize draw is 9pm GMT on Monday 16 February 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid. Rightmove reserves the right to change the closing date at its discretion.
- The winners will be chosen by random draw and notified by email by 5.30pm GMT Tuesday 17 February 2026.
- Three winners will be chosen. The winners will receive one email response of support each from Rob Smethurst via Rightmove.
- If the winner does not respond to Rightmove within 7 days of being notified of their win, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, all rights to the prize shall be waived, and Rightmove will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The prizes will be sent to the winners by email within 30 days of being notified of their win.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- The decision of Rightmove regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- Rightmove must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Rightmove will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails DPO@rightmove.co.uk or writes to 2 Caldecotte Lake Business Park Caldecotte Lake Drive, Caldecotte, Milton Keynes, England, MK7 8LE (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Rightmove’s data protection team via DPO@rightmove.co.uk. In such circumstances, Rightmove must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Rightmove reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- Rightmove reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, Rightmove, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Rightmove, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Rightmove’s Privacy Policy. No information given for entry to this prize draw shall be used for direct marketing purposes, nor shall it be passed on to any third parties for the purpose of direct marketing. The only correspondence you will receive from Rightmove as a result of providing your personal details for this draw shall be if you have won a prize. See also Condition 11 with regard to the announcement of winners.
- Neither Rightmove nor Rob Smethurst accept liability or responsibility for any damage caused by an entrants actions or omissions following receipt of the prize at Condition 6. The emails of support at Condition 6 are intended as a novelty only and do not amount to financial advice, mortgage advice, advice on whether or not to purchase the property or any other form of regulated advice or guidance.
- These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English and Welsh law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
