New homes developer Linden Homes sells out their development with an Investor campaign

Rightmove met up with Sarah Hembrow, Marketing Manager, for Linden Homes to talk about a recent investor campaign they completed which achieved some fantastic results.

Linden Homes recently sold out their Bristol County Cricket Ground development, which overlooks the ground of Gloucestershire County Cricket club, a full year ahead of schedule. This success was in no small part down to their excellent build quality and reputation. However, Sarah also credits some of the success to the extra exposure they got through Rightmove.

Linden Homes used a campaign with Rightmove to actively target investors through bespoke localised adverts, email campaigns, and the use of a dedicated microsite. Previously they had listed their properties on Rightmove, used press advertising and direct marketing from their own database.

Their properties were perfect for the investor market and, although they had some investors approach them directly, they had never been able to directly contact as many investors as Rightmove introduced them to.

Linden Homes were delighted that the investor campaign attracted all types of buyers. They found that by undertaking the investor campaign, all purchasers, home buyers and investors alike, felt confident that the development offered a good investment opportunity both long and short term, giving them confidence to purchase.
