The new Rightmove lead email helps you prioritise
We’ve recently changed the way your leads from Rightmove look, we did this to help you prioritise which leads you need to act on first giving you best chance to secure further instructions.

One in every three buyers inform you that they have a lettings or sales instruction opportunity when they send a lead through Rightmove. Of course some applicants might not indicate they have a property to sell so it’s always worth asking.
When an applicant does indicate they are a potential seller or landlord, we’ve made it easier to spot and respond to these instruction opportunities in your leads.
What’s new about the email?
1. The subject line
Prioritise emails in your inbox with new subject lines that alert you to potential valuation opportunities and that include the first part of the postcode where the buyer or tenant now lives, so you can see if their current property is within your patch. Click here to find out more.
2. “Your opportunities” box
Find out exactly what your customer wants at a glance with a box at the top of the body of the email which highlights if that applicant has requested a valuation, a viewing or more details about the property.
3. Optimised for mobile and desktop
View your leads on your desktop, smartphone or tablet and respond easily and quickly from whatever device you use, wherever you are.
