Gogglebox – See beyond Dom and Steph’s living room

Gogglebox favourites, Dominic and Stephanie Parker, put their property on the market for £3.5million.

The Salutation was made famous on Channel Four when it was featured extensively on both Gogglebox (well, their posh living room at least!) and Four in a Bed.

The B&B, based in Sandwich, Kent, was designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens and comes complete with 16 bathrooms and 14 bathrooms.
The Grade I listed property (or should we say properties – it includes a wealth of subsidiary buildings including a fully functioning secondary house, coach house, gardener’s cottage AND a gate house) is nestled in 3.5 acres of stunning feature gardens as inspired by Gertrude Jekyll which include a tropical garden, kitchen garden, veggie patch and lake.

Matthew James, Head of Communications at Rightmove said:

“If you enjoy having a nosey around other people’s houses, you’re going to love looking at one as impressive as this. Steph and Dom became a hit with viewers of Gogglebox and now that their house is for sale on Rightmove, I’m sure it will draw a crowd with those who want to see beyond the living room that became so familiar and get a deeper insight into the couple’s luxury lifestyle.”

James Cleland, Knight Frank Country comments:

“The Salutation is a wonderful property that will clearly appeal to the Lutyens “nut” but also to those who wish to own a very special house with simply exquisite gardens. Its architectural appeal is right up there with the very best, hence its Grade I listing, and, on top of this, it has fabulous space within the house as well as superb secondary accommodation.”
