Kate Bush’s Wuthering Heights up for sale

Legendary singer Kate Bush’s former home in on the market.

Take a look around.

Wuthering Heights’, a six bedroom family home, isn’t situated in the Yorkshire Moors as you would expect, but can be found in the south east London district of Eltham.

The Victorian manor, built in 1856, was home to the singer following her Wuthering Heights success, and she lived there from 1985 to 2003.

One of the six bedrooms was once Kate’s dance studio and it’s rumoured that parts of one of her music videos was filmed in that very studio.

On the market for £2.6million the 5333ft2 property benefits from high ceilings, large orangery, formal dining room and walk-in wardrobe.

Outside, the home is surrounded by tall trees and wrought iron gates displaying ‘Wuthering Heights’ for all to see.

Wuthering Heights is set in just under an acre of land and includes a koi pond, garden bar and tree house all of which backs onto the Royal Blackheath Golf Course.
