See inside the most-viewed homes of the month

We love seeing which properties have captivated the nation’s home-hunters each month. And as usual, February’s most-viewed rundown features some truly showstopping homes.

We even saw the renovation project from the hit BBC TV show, Amanda and Alan’s Italian Job, clinch the top spot. Our property expert, Tim Bannister, says: “Amanda Holden and Alan Carr’s recent Tuscany renovation tops the list of most viewed homes this month, which speaks volumes about our interest in restoration projects. We also saw a spike in searches for the areas where it was filmed, as people imagined what living in Tuscany or perhaps taking on their own renovation project might be like.”

And since the TV series documenting their renovation aired, we’ve seen searches for Tuscany jump by 40%, while searches for the nearby city of Lucca soared by 60%.
