Win a session with life coach Takako Elliot and take a step towards your moving goals

Nearly all of us have a desire, a longing, a dream for a life we want to live one day but haven’t made happen because life keeps getting in the way. 

Whether it’s owning a home, making a move from the city to the country, or finding the perfect space to start a new business, taking the first step is sometimes the hardest. 

To help you take a step toward achieving your moving goals, Rightmove has partnered with life coach and personal development mentor, Takako Elliot from wellbeing agency, Push. We’re giving you the chance to work with Takako, who’ll help break down your moving dream into bite-sized, actionable #MiniMoves.

One competition entrant has the chance to win a face-to-face (in person or virtual, location-dependent) one-to-one session with Takako, where you will receive personalised guidance on identifying the steps and actions of your dream move. You will receive tips and guidance on how to work through blockers, confidence-building techniques, and how to create manageable goals, as well as encouragement to review and celebrate each #MiniMove you make. 

50 additional winners will win a pre-recorded session where Takako will provide guidance on all of the above, that you can complete anytime you like. 

All winners will also receive access to finance coaching advice from expert, Lorraine McFall. As well as this, you will also receive a Rightmove journal and pen to jot down your thoughts and keep track of your moving journey as you start making #MiniMoves towards your goal.

1. “We”, “us” or “Rightmove” means Rightmove Group Limited (company number 03997679) of 2 Caldecotte Lake Business Park Caldecotte Lake Drive, Caldecotte, Milton Keynes, England, MK7 8LE.
2. The competition will run from 18:30 on 15th August 2022 to 23:59 on 31st August 2022.
3. By submitting a comment to us on Instagram detailing your dream move, hashtagging #MiniMoves and following @rightmoveuk by 23:59 on 31st August 2022, you will be entered to win either a face-to-face (in person or virtual, location-dependent) session or a pre-recorded workshop with Takako Elliot, life coach and personal development mentor, and all winners at their choice will receive a Rightmove-branded journal and pen (together, the “Prizes”).
4. Entries received after 23:59 on 31st August 2022 will not be counted. 
5. By submitting a comment, hashtagging #MiniMoves and following @rightmoveuk, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and to be contacted by Rightmove strictly in relation to the competition. 
6. We will only accept one entry per Instagram handle per person.
7. We will not accept lost or delayed entries, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
8. All competition entries submitted to Rightmove will become the property of Rightmove on receipt and will not be returned.

10. Winners will be selected at random from those who have submitted a comment, hashtagged #MiniMoves and followed @rightmoveuk, and will be informed by direct message on Instagram by 9th September 2022 from the account @rightmoveuk. This will be a final decision and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
11. Names of winners will be published here www.rightmove.co.uk/news/articles/property-news/mini-moves-competition by the 23rd September and will also be published on @rightmoveuk Instagram. By entering this competition, you agree to your name being published as set out in these terms and conditions. If you object to any or all of your name, surname and winning entry being published or made available, please contact us at social.media@rightmove.co.uk. However, please note that we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
12. 50 winners will receive access to the pre-recorded life-coaching sessions and 1 winner will receive details from Us to book the face-to-face session via email. We will provide reasonable assistance to the winner to book the session should the winner not be able to contact the life coach. The journal and pen will be sent via post to winners within 30 days of being notified that they are a winner. We will not be responsible for the loss of the journal and pen in the post.
13. To claim the Prizes, winners must open the secure link shared via Instagram direct message from @rightmoveuk and provide age verification, email address and postal address. 
14. If a winner does not respond to Us within 7 days of being notified by Us, then that winner’s Prize will be deemed to be forfeited and we shall be entitled to select another winner at random.
15. The Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
16. Winners will only be contacted by @rightmoveuk on Instagram via direct message. 
17. We reserve the right to refuse to award the Prizes to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
18. You must be a resident of the United Kingdom and aged eighteen (18) and over to enter this competition. You must not be a Property Professional on Rightmove (“customer”) or employee. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
19. Insofar as is permitted by law, we will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by our negligence. If you win the life coaching session, you will enter into a direct agreement with the life coach.
20. We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
21. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
