There’s no perfect time, just the right time

Should I move? Should I wait? Is now a good time? Will tomorrow be better?

There are so many questions that race through our minds when we’re contemplating a move and why shouldn’t there be? Buying a property is the most expensive purchase most of us will ever make and as a result, we naturally want to ensure we’re making the right decision.

We all know that we’re a nation obsessed with property; give us a multimillion-pound home to drool over and we’ll lap it up before you can say ‘Kirstie and Phil’, whilst simultaneously giving you a rundown of everything currently on the market on your street.

It’s made us all try to find ‘the perfect time’ to move.

But what if the perfect time doesn’t exist?

What if it’s instead simply about finding the right time for you?

Our brand-new TV advert focuses on the moment you realise that it’s your right time; the moment you find a property on Rightmove that you can imagine acting out your dreams and all those important personal milestones, in. It’s the moment you realise that everything from this moment onwards is about to change.

It’s the moment what you’re looking at stops being just images on a screen, and instead becomes a vivid daydream of what your life could be in this home.

It’s the garden you’ve always dreamed of, where you’ll play, relax and grow.

It’s the characters that you’ll introduce along the way and the memories that you’ll share.

It’s the feeling you get that tells you ‘This is it. This is the one.’

You’ll be able to catch our new advert, called ‘This Is It’, on Channel4 from Saturday 8th August in shows such as Grand Designs, Love It or List It, Battle of the Sexes and George Clarke’s National Trust Unlocked.
