The third batch of “All Stars” start their new careers within agency

In the few short months since it was founded by entrepreneur Joshua Rayner, next-generation property recruiter Estate Agency All-Stars has already selected, trained and placed numerous new recruits in estate agents as far afield as Scotland, Manchester and London. Yet again, they’ve successfully placed three ‘All-Stars’ with three separate estate agencies.

The successful candidates sailed through the All-Stars application process, which included a psychometric test, presenting a 60-second video ‘elevator pitch’ and an interview with the new employers. Now, Leonie Peacock, Jennifer Vergerson, Joshua Robinson, Chloe Jackson, Carl Follon, Billy Good, Sophie Joslin and Jordan Thorpe to mention a few of the 20 successful ALL-STARS who have embarked upon careers with Carson & Co, Streets Ahead, Parkers, Sinclaire Estates, Alexander James, Hetheringtons and Conran Estates respectively.

All went through a rigorous selection process that included psychometric testing, video interview and telephone screening. The most promising applicants were then presented to prospective employers for interview. Once job offers were made, the budding estate agents learnt the basics of estate agency during an intensive ten-day pre-employment training programme run by renowned industry trainers Julian O’Dell and Peter Chapman.

Since its launch earlier in the year, Estate Agency All-Stars has given the world of estate agency a much-welcome boost, offering a far more robust candidate selection process to agents. Its comprehensive 5-day course also means that every All-Star will hit the ground running. This innovative approach to recruitment is attracting considerable interest from estate agency firms, both corporate and independent, as well as individuals wanting to pursue a property career.

Leonie Peacock, 19, who in June joined leading regional estate agency group Carson & Co which has offices in Basingstoke, Bracknell, Camberley, Farnborough, Farnham, Fleet, Reading and Woking:

Leonie commented:

“The Estate Agency All-Stars website immediately appealed – it was somehow different. I’ve always had a keen interest and becoming an estate agent, so I’d done quite a bit of research – these guys really stood out. I’ve been with Carson & Co now for two months and the preparation I’d been given by the team prior to starting was second to none. I understood all the lingo and typical estate agency terms such as ‘vendor’ and knew exactly how to close a deal. I cannot recommend the training course highly enough – I’ve already passed on the details to my friends. In fact, I’d love to go on the training course again myself!”

Mark Holmes, the firm’s managing director, commented:

“Leonie stood out as being an excellent candidate, although it was a very close call between all the graduates of the Estate Agency All-Stars academy Josh had put us in touch with. All were exceptionally well equipped and had thoroughly researched the company. Leonie’s attitude was perfect and we were delighted to welcome her onboard. She’s already a huge part of the team. What really appealed to us was the fact that Josh and his team made it simple for us – we’re a busy firm and teaching new recruits the ropes can be tough, so it was a blessing that an eager Leonie came fully-prepared and raring to go!”

Estate Agency All-Stars director Joshua Rayner commented:

“We’re always delighted to see our graduates begin their careers in estate agency – it reaffirms our belief that our training is unrivalled, and that we are changing the face of estate agency recruitment. The excellent feedback we’ve received is a testament to the hard work and stellar skills of both the candidates and the training team and lets us know that we’re doing something right! I’d like to take this opportunity to say a big well done to all of our ALL-STARS thus far over 40!”
