Dean’s involvement in the property market started with a job as an estate agent in London while studying for a degree, dabbling in renovating property and selling land. The birth of his second child prompted a move to Birmingham. Dean quickly found another job as an estate agent, his outgoing personality and chatty nature made him a perfect fit for this job but selling a piece a land to house builder Ray Sketchley changed his career path completely.



Ray invited Dean to observe him build a quality house to a very high standard on the land he sold him in record time, eleven weeks in fact. While still maintaining the high level finish Dean’s properties are presently known for. Ray made a sizable profit on this venture and the two of them joined forces, Damson Homes was born.
