The most popular new homes on Rightmove under the average UK asking price

In April of this year the average price of a property coming to market was a record high of £307,033, but plenty of UK home hunters have found new build houses under that value.

Here’s our super seven most popular new homes since the start of the year which happen to be cheaper than the average cost of a home in the UK.

New Home1 (2)

A detached home with three bedrooms, large separate kitchen and living rooms and a garage all for £273,000. It’s no wonder it was the most viewed property in our list.
