Which BAFTA Nominated Film Location Do You Pick?
Yesterday we saw the return of the BAFTA awards, where our nation’s favourite films battled it out to win recognition for their work.
The film La La Land, which stole the hearts of the British nation, led the way, winning the best film award! From the North East of England to the sunny state of Florida, let’s see what you could get for your money in these BAFTA locations.
Los AngelesÂ
First stop is Los Angeles, where (unsurprisingly) the American musical drama, ‘La La Land’ was filmed. This film swept the board last night winning 5 BAFTA awards! This newly refurbished multi-level property offers direct beach access and a wonderful coastline view that we could look at all day. You may even bump into Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone if you’re lucky!
Newcastle
Next, we move up the English coast to Newcastle, where the popular ‘I, Daniel Blake’ was set. This film received This unique stone built home has a beautiful conservatory and a modern kitchen – perfect for a family home!
Quebec, Canada
Set around the beautiful state Quebec in Canada, the ‘Arrival’ location’s scenery was out of this world (or was that just the aliens!?). Here is a stunning home with a communal rooftop terrace with astounding views over the South West and Westmount.
Manchester
Although it’s not quite Massachusetts in America where ‘Manchester by the Sea’ was filmed, we’ve found a beautiful bungalow near the UK’s Manchester with a lake view – almost as good right?! With a conservatory, beautiful garden and a stunning fireplace makes this a loving and cosy family home.
Miami
Last but not least, we’ve moved across the pond to this wonderful property in Miami, where the popular drama film, ‘Moonlight’, was filmed. This beautiful property has it all – with direct water views, modern day amenities and huge amount of natural lighting had us sigh with contentment.
