THE COMPETITION |

The title of the competition is The Game Changers. |
| 2.2 |
This is an opportunity for nominators to share stories of a time when an estate agent or letting agent has gone above and beyond their expectations, and to enter that agent into a competition to receive the recognition they deserve. |

There are six categories, as follows:

HOW TO ENTER |
| 3.1 |
The competition will run from 1am on Monday 14th April 2025 (the “Opening Date“) to 11:59pm on Sunday 27th April 2025 (the “Closing Date“) inclusive. |
| 3.2 |
All competition entries must be received by Rightmove by no later than 11:59pm on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified. |
| 3.3 |
To enter the competition please complete and submit an entry form for your chosen agent via https://tview.technology/s.php?p=290&l=l&e=682&lan=en_gb&tmp=41&xs=T_C&h=be617ac7 by the Closing Date. |
| 3.4 |
No purchase is necessary to participate in the competition and you will not be charged for completing an entry form. |
| 3.5 |
Rightmove will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are corrupted, not successfully completed or transmitted, lost or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, website, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. |
| 3.6 |
By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions and the release form to which they are attached. |
| 3.7 |
The competition entries will be judged by a panel of 3 judges based on a pre-determined criteria. The decision of the panel of judges (acting reasonably) will be final. |
| 3.8 |
A list of names of the judges can be viewed on https://www.rightmove.co.uk/news/game-changers-2025-legal-terms/ from the Closing Date for a period of 180 days. |
| 4. |
ELIGIBILITY |
| 4.1 |
The competition is only open to residents in the UK (including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) aged 18 years or over who used the Rightmove platform to find the home to which their nomination relates between January 2024 and April 2025. This competition is not open to: |

| 4.1.1 |
employees of Rightmove or its holding or subsidiary companies; |
| 4.1.2 |
employees of agents or suppliers of Rightmove or its holding or subsidiary companies who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration, including the estate agent or letting agent being nominated; or |
| 4.1.3 |
members of the immediate families or households of 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 above. |

| 4.2 |
In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Rightmove may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition. |
| 4.3 |
In entering the competition, you confirm that all information provided in your entry is true and accurate and you consent to Rightmove confirming these details with the estate agent or letting agent nominated by you. |
| 4.4 |
Rightmove will not accept competition entries that are: |

| 4.4.1 |
automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications); |
| 4.4.2 |
completed by third parties or in bulk; |
| 4.4.3 |
illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or |
| 4.4.4 |
incomplete; |

| 4.5 |
There is a limit of one entry to the competition per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. |
| 4.6 |
Rightmove reserves all rights to disqualify you if we find that the facts in your nomination are not correct or if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition. |
| 4.7 |
Rightmove will contact the estate agent or letting agent nominated by you to confirm that they consent to be entered into the competition. In the unlikely event that they do not provide their consent, your nomination will be withdrawn. |
| 4.8 |
Competition entries cannot be withdrawn by the nominator. |
| 5. |
THE PRIZE |
| 5.1 |
The prizes to be won are as follows: |
| 5.2 |
For nominators there are six £500 John Lewis e-gift cards to be won, one for each of the six winning entries. |
| 5.3 |
Each of the six winning estate agents or letting agents will be provided with: |

| 5.3.1 |
A set of 100 business cards promoting your inclusion in the Game Changers campaign; |
| 5.3.2 |
An advertising space on Rightmove for 3 months in the main search term for your branch location as defined by Rightmove, including a designed asset promoting the nominated agent (“Featured Agent”) inclusion in the Game Changers campaign; and |
| 5.3.3 |
A professional photoshoot with a digital copy of the portrait photo to be provided to you and used in the Featured Agent advertisement referred to at 5.3.2 and the business cards referred to at 5.3.1, above; and |
| 5.3.4 |
A Fortnum and Mason gift hamper up to the value of £180; |

| 5.4 |
There is no cash alternative for the prizes listed in 5.2 or 5.3, above. |
| 5.5 |
The photoshoot prize referred to at 5.3.2, above, is supplied by Neverland,135 Curtain Rd, London EC2A 3BX(the “Supplier“). Rightmove reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so. |
| 5.6 |
The prize is not negotiable or transferable. |
| 6. |
WINNERS |
| 6.1 |
The decision of Rightmove is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. |
| 6.2 |
Rightmove will contact the winners personally, as follows: |

| 6.2.1 |
Winning agents will be contacted using the telephone number or email address provided by their nominator as part of their competition entry. Winning agents will be contacted by Friday 2 May 2025; |
| 6.2.2 |
Winning nominators will be contacted using the email address provided with the competition entry by Friday 23rd May 2025. |
|
| 6.3 |
Rightmove may publish the names of all prize winners and details of their winning entry on the Rightmove website. We will also publish winning entries in accordance with the details found in the release form. |
| 6.4 |
If you object to any or all of the details listed in 6.3 being published or made available, please contact Rightmove at marketing@rightmove.co.uk In such circumstances, Rightmove must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. |
| 7. |
CLAIMING THE PRIZE |
| 7.1 |
If you are a nominator, please allow until 31st May 2025 for delivery of the prize. |
| 7.2 |
If you are a winning agent, when notifying you of your win by the method set out in clause 6.2.1, Rightmove will arrange a mutually agreeable time to deliver the prize to you at your office and request permission to share your details with the Supplier to arrange your photoshoot. |
| 7.3 |
Prizes may not be claimed by a third party on behalf of either a nominator or a winning agent. |
| 7.4 |
Rightmove will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners by the methods referred to in clause 6.2. If the winners cannot be contacted or are not available or have not claimed their prize within 7 days of the initial contact, all rights to this prize will be waived, and a new winner will be chosen. |
| 7.5 |
Rightmove does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize. |
| 8. |
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Insofar as is permitted by law, Rightmove, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Rightmove, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. |

OWNERSHIP OF COMPETITION ENTRIES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS |
| 9.1 |
All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to Rightmove will become the property of Rightmove on receipt. |
| 9.2 |
By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to: |

| 9.2.1 |
assign absolutely to Rightmove all your intellectual property rights held in the competition entry with full title guarantee; and |
| 9.2.2 |
waive absolutely all moral rights, |
in and to your competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world. |
| 9.3 |
You agree that Rightmove may, in their sole discretion, make your entry available on its websites, including https://hub.rightmove.co.uk/ and https://www.rightmove.co.uk/ and in any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You grant Rightmove a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence in perpetuity, for the full period of the intellectual property rights in the competition entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the intellectual property rights in the competition entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes. |
| 9.4 |
You waive any right to payment for the use of the Content (as defined in either the nomination form or nominee form, as applicable). |

DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY |
| 10.1 |
For data protection purposes Rightmove is a controller and responsible for the processing of your personal data, including your name, age, email address, your town/region and any other personal data contained in the Content (“Personal Data”).
How we use your Personal Data |
| 10.2 |
We will process your Personal Data as required to run the competition in accordance with these terms. This includes: |

communicating with you in relation to your entry, nomination or prize; |
| 10.2.2 |
publishing your name on our website along with details of the Content, if you win a prize; |
| 10.2.3 |
sharing the nomination details with the nominee to get consent for their participation; |
| 10.2.4 |
ensuring that you are eligible to enter the Competition in accordance with the age restriction set out in clause 4.1 of these terms and conditions; |
| 10.2.5 |
providing your name and address to any company that will supply your prize if you win; and |
| 10.2.6 |
using the Content for marketing campaigns, advertising or promotions including to use your headshot photo, produce your business cards and administer the Featured Agent advertising space, referred to at clause 5.3.2, on the Rightmove website and use any quote provided by you. |

We may also process your Personal Data on the basis of our legitimate interest to: |

verify the details of your entry or nomination; |

keep a record of your consent to use your Personal Data; |

Who we may share your personal data with |

We may share your Personal Data with the parties set out below for the purposes set out in clauses 10.2 and 10.3: |

Anyone who views the relevant page of a Rightmove website on which the Content or your name is displayed, including anyone viewing it on a platform (such as our social media channels) where we have made it available. |

Anyone who views, prints or publishes materials relating to marketing campaigns, advertising or promotions in relation to the Competition. |
| 10.4.3 |
The Advertising Standards Authority to provide evidence that the Competition has been run in accordance with its requirements. |
| 10.4.4 |
Organisations providing goods and/or services on our behalf, including third party contractors. These may include organisations providing prizes for use in the Competition; |
| 10.4.5 |
Any supplier who we use to deliver a prize to you. |
| 10.4.5 |
If you are a nominator, the estate or letting agent nominated by you to confirm whether the details you have provided are correct. |
Failure to provide personal data |
| 10.5 |
We will be unable to accept your entry or nomination if we do not receive the required Personal Data or if we find it is not correct.

GENERAL |
| 11.1 |
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Rightmove may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition. |

Rightmove reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so. |
| 11.3 |
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom. |
