Most Unusual Listings This Month

It’s now May and we’ve seen loads of quirky properties on the website in 2017 so far. This month won’t disappoint as we have a very random mix of properties, from Scotland to Weston-super-Mare to The Grenadines! Explore them all below…

First up is this one bedroom detached home, sat in the shadows of Edinburgh Castle. With some quaint features and a garden perfect for hosting an al fresco party, this home is a pretty rare and cool find!

Next up, and still in Scotland, is this impressive church conversion. The open-plan layout, large original windows and the reasonable price tag make this property quite a catch!

Our next find is perfect for a sunny weekend retreat to the sea. The beach hut at Weston-super-Mare is up for rent – and just in time for summer! Yippee!

Fancy an island of your own which comes with a luxurious ten bedroom property? We’re all ready to move to The Grenadines and live out our days in that infinity pool, watching the beautiful sunsets.

If you’d like something a little different, this windmill is a gorgeous choice. With a large garden and a separate one bedroom annex, this is a great buy if you’ve got some extended family you want nearby but under a separate roof!

Lastly, this quirky Grade II Listed home sits on one of Sussex’s ‘original’ streets, ‘The Causeway’. The home also houses a secret Priest Hole – we’d love to know the history of it.
