National Pet Week

To celebrate this week being national pet week, we thought we’d share our top homes for pet owners as every pet deserves a happy home!

First up is this stunning waterside property in Cornwall and we thought this would make a wonderful home for dogs – with so many different dog walking routes makes every walk just as exciting!

Any horse owners here? We’ve found this exceptional detached period country home in Norfolk that comes with its own wonderful equestrian facilities. With three stables, a tack, a hay store and surrounded by countryside makes this a dream home for many horse owners!

This home in West Sussex is perfect if you’re a cat owner! It has a stand out feature: a “cat line”. This line divides the 162 apartments into one area where owners are allowed to keep cats as pets; on the other side they can’t because of the risk to ground nesting birds in the local habitat. What a wonderful idea!

Moving back towards the Cornish coast we found a home which would be perfect for dogs – with a huge courtyard in the centre of this home would allow a great amount of space for your dogs to explore!

Last but not least is this stunning property in Buckinghamshire – being set in extensive private grounds with over 2 acres of maintained grounds and being located in the stunning Chiltern Hills would make a great place to explore for both cats and dogs!

So they’re our picks of ideal houses for pet owners – what one would you pick?

We also love the idea from Blue Cross Charity who find homes for abandoned or unwanted pets whilst ensuring the pets are kept healthy through promoting their welfare and providing treatment. Every pet should enjoy a healthy happy home!
