Richard Davies has run his Inmobiliaria in Spain since 1995 with the emphasis on customer satisfaction as both a seller and buyer, concentrating on quality properties with a future. Now based in the region of Murcia with the Costa Calida and Sierra Espuna National Park offering really different options to the client who demands that "Special" property with location to match.
Rodrigo Gimenez is the linguist of the three as well as knowing the market in the region, he speaks Spanish, English, French and some German. Regularly interpreting for the local judiciary etc.

These have to be sold at Market Price!, to ensure the creditor is not penalised and the Bank gets their money, also, most, in our opinion, suffering from poor location or quality and very often are in need of quite extensive renovation, the last thing a cash strapped owner will do is keep a proper maintenance of the property.
Having said this you will not be surprised we will be avoiding that area and concentrating on the location and quality of our listings and so you will not be faced with high density locations.
There are some excellent Villas available both on the coast and up to 25 kilometres inland which offer excellent value and have a positive future in real terms.
